Disappointed. I purchased their Apple Cinnamon Biscuits and a Almond Apple Strudel today at the Carp farmers market.

Best apple pies in the area. Lovely variety of items on their store. From food items to gift items. Found an awesome pair of rubber boots there. So much more than apples. They have a big area in the front for kids to play.

The strudel was left untouched after only three bites. The pastry was raw in the center and not edible. The almonds on the top were so rubbery we could bend them in half and would suggest that the pastry had previously been frozen. The color and texture of the apples would also indicate freezing.

The biscuits were over cooked making the bottoms impossible to finish without getting a glass of water; however the tops were tasty so we give them two stars.
