  Acer Monitor lasted less than a month used it for maybe three hours , the staples store refused exchange because it was 4 days over thirty days. They give no support , that's because they sell extended warranties at a profit. I would not recommend this store.

  Good place with friendly service. If you need office supplies or printing solutions this is a great place. Plenty of parking also. Large store with friendly staff. They are also very good about price matching.

  Went to return 4 pens bought in a pack a week ago for $5.99. They did not write. I did not have the receipt. I only wanted a store credit and some decent pens. I brought up the package from the store rack to verify the price.. $5.99. I was told I could only have a credit for the value in their computer. That value was 1 cent. I was offered a store credit for ONE CENT. This was the concensus of the three employees who listened to my problem. The bigger problem is there was no effort by anyone

  If you're looking for amazing, knowledgeable, consistent and friendly service - go to Staples in Brockville. Special shout out to PENNY in the tech department. She always goes above and beyond to help me out with whatever I need. Can't say enough. Love love love.
