  Every one of the staff are friendly, professional, easy to get ahold of, and willing take the time to answer any questions. They do not put your file on autopilot and will suggest updates and changes as necessary and as they benefit you. I've been so appreciative of their continued efforts and truly feel like they have my best interests at heart.

  I spoke with Steve to get myself set up with insurance on the car...not only was he thorough but he also went above and beyond the call of duty and had me insured before I left! The staff is professional and talkative which is nice, and Steve made me feel like if I had any questions or concerns to call or email him anytime, he found me a great rate and explained everything in full detail so I had no extra questions. WC Burgess is a great insurance provider and exceeded my expectations by a mile! Thank you!!
