  Friendly staff that loves giving high fives. Usually not very busy and everything in the gym is very clean and well organized. No shower for the men's since they've recently converted it to a co-ed club.

  The workout facility and staff are all nice but... no showers in the men's change room.When I signed up in Feb 2017 the friendly staff said that showers will be installed within a month or two. Well, spring is gone and summer is almost gone, still NO MEN'S SHOWER ROOMS. I think Goodlife is denying the fact that they could get more men members if they have showers in the men's change room. Oh mind you, the women's change room have showers and even a sauna. Yes, a sauna.Talking about equality between men and women. I think the only equal here is the memebership fee. Let's see how long they can keep the men in this club. Hopefully, the management will come to their senses, sooner than later, and realize the importance of men's shower rooms and of being clean after you workout. I believe that being fit is also being clean.

  The low rating is due to not having a men's shower. This is the only men's Goodlife within Brockville and the next closest facility is 1 hour away.

  High tech equipment I been around good life fitness all over Canada so this is a small place for a small town like this not bad but a bit to small. And the biggest down part no shower common it's very important. In the men's room there is no shower. In the morning there is no much traffic here. So not that's bad. But they need to put a shower in there. I added a few pic from the out side to inside have a look and enjoy.

  I've been at GoodLife for about 2 years now and I've never had a problem, usually such a friendly staff and they're usually all happy and full of compliments and hugs. But recently I've been having issues with payments. I pay 16.95 every two weeks... or I was supposed to.. I went to check if the money had been taken out for that payment and they had taken out a whopping 75$!!!!!! That's crazy! And when I went to ask about it they were mad about it too. Which was okay. But after that they started talking to head office and said that they can't change it and that I'll need to pay it. I was getting a crazy amount of sass and Attiude from the manager, (Carlie is usually there but is off sick) so it's someone filling in for her. She told me that "head office is in charge of that and that they can change payment amounts, or dates of payments and they're not notified" and that's UNACCEPTABLE. I won't let the chnace of this happening again. Was so happy there and the lady ruined it. She's new too. Not great customer service. I will be cancelling my membership and going somewhere else. ⚠️ brockville GoodLife can't be trusted with your money. And to add to that. She said it's been happening a lot . IF ITS HAPPENED TO MORE PEOPLE WHY DONT YOU FIX IT?! And saying " oh well it's a new system" doesn't change anything.

  It's sad that Goodlife is making me choose my fitness goals over my personal hygiene and making my life difficult. There is a Snap Fitness right around the corner and if the showers aren't added this summer I'll likely be switching to the Snap facility.

  Staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is amazing in terms of workout equipment and customer traffic.
